LOVACADO™ CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
2 ripe Lovacado™ avocados, halved, pitted and peeled
3 tablespoons raw cacao powder
3 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons coconut cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Chopped almonds to serve
Fresh raspberries to serve
Edible flowers to serve (optional)
- Place the avocado, cacao powder, honey, coconut cream and vanilla into a food processor and blend until smooth. Adjust the sweetness to taste.
- Spoon the mix carefully into serving glasses.
- The mousse can be eaten immediately at room temperature. However, if left the fridge for 3 or more hours will help the chocolate flavour develop.
- Serve topped with chopped almonds and fresh raspberries and edible flowers.
